Today, our families and friends are dealing with so many stresses regarding to COVID-19, it’s scary.  It is important to remember there are resources available to us, to assist our discussions with our children as we take this pandemic one day at a time.

Online Articles

The National Association of School Psychologists have many helpful articles and tools on their website.  This article, “Helping Children Cope with Changes Resulting From COVID-19” is a great place to start the conversation as all of our world’s continue to change each day.

Reassuring Children – Managing Anxiety: Coronavirus Fears & Concerns is another great article the helps give parents and caregivers tips on how to address the pandemic with the children in their lives.
