Christian education is an excellent investment in the overall cost of raising a child. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important part of raising your child. The FLS school board is sensitive to the fact that people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, so we are providing the following payment options.
Prepayment
____ I will prepay my tuition in full by cash or check on or before August 15, 2013. I understand that a prepayment courtesy of 5% will be subtracted from the total obligation, bringing my payment to $2,802.50 per student.*
____ I will prepay my tuition in full by credit or debit card on or before August 15, 2013. I understand that a prepayment courtesy of 2% will be subtracted from the total obligation, bringing my payment to $2,891.00 per student.*
In-House Financing
With this option, you may choose to pay by automatic payments, personal check, credit card, debit card, money order, or cash. An additional 3% transaction fee will be charged to all credit card payments.
____ I will pay my tuition based on a 10 month payment plan. I understand that my first payment will be due by August 15, 2013 and my final payment will be due by May 15, 2014. My total obligation to the school is $2,950.00, made in 10 monthly payments of $295.00 per student.*
____ I will pay my tuition based on a 12 month payment plan. I understand that my first payment will be due by June 15, 2013 and my final payment will be due by May 15, 2014. My total obligation to the school is $2,950.00, made in 12 monthly payments of $245.83 per student.*
Scholarships
Scholarships, when awarded, will be prorated throughout the year. The scholarship will remain in effect as long as the student’s account is current. If an account is not kept current, the school reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship. All scholarships are determined using Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS). The tuition costs listed in this commitment sheet do not reflect any assistance given through scholarships.
Finance Charges and Late Fees
A 1.5% finance charge will be applied to ANY account past 60 days.
The late fee will be $15.00 per month for any payment not made by the last day of each month.
